Sr. Group Manager and AEML Director from July 1987 - Oct. 1994. Ran all R&D for the Apple Online Services (AOS) group including creation of eWorld, Apples foray into the online services business. Also ran all electronic information distribution (CD-ROM and online based) for Apples Developer Community globally. Designed Apples global customer support systems redesign. Helped found the Channel Systems group focusing on penetrating SMB and large business with Apple products.
